Agyenna is an experienced consultant and researcher with vast experience in business, strategic and marketing planning; M&E and feasibility study spanning seven years.

 

He has successfully prepared tender documents, restructured businesses and helped recapitalize businesses. He was the lead consultant in developing a business plan for the construction of Range 2 Industries, Neuro Surgery Africa, Legon Golf Driving Range/Training Center and Point-Blank Media Concepts.

 

He has undertaken several assignments for EDAIF (now Eximbank), including playing a crucial role that culminated in building Eskay Therapeutic Limited and Lymens Medical Supplies’ ultra-modern pharmaceutical plants. He was the lead consultant in restructuring Life and Leisure Stores Ltd in Nigeria, Geoquaye Company Limited and Edge S and S. Agyenna undertook feasibility study for Concrete Product Limited to establish a block factory and for the FAO’s National Forest Investment Program (NFIP) for the West Africa Forest Convergence Plan. He was the lead consultant in undertaking an end-line M&E for Penplusbyte among others.

 

He is a development expert, social worker, statistician and an entrepreneur with an MA and MPhil Degrees from the Institute of Statistical Social and Economic Research (ISSER), University of Ghana, Legon and a BA (Social Work) from the same institution
