Bernard is a consultant in Quality Systems Management and M&E. He has over ten (10) years’ experience setting-up Quality Management Systems and monitoring the performance of the systems for small, medium and large-scale farms, farmer-based organizations, agro-processors and exporters. He has set-up management systems and monitored the performance of these systems for various farms and companies in Ghana, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Germany, Austria and Croatia.

 

Dr. Nsiah’s rich experience in global standards such as ISO 9001:2008, Organic Agriculture (European Union, National Organic Program [USA], Japanese Agricultural Standard), Global G.A.P. (Fruits and Vegetables), Roundtable for Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), Sustainable Agriculture Network (SAN) standards, etc. enable him to monitor and evaluate the performance of farms, farmer-based organizations, agro-processors and exporters. Bernard holds PhD in Agricultural Economics and Masters in Natural Resoruces Management from the Technical University of Dresden, Germany and has been with Impact Initiatives since June 2016 as a Senior Consultant.
