Joshua is an experienced Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor who has played crucial quantity surveying roles in several organisations, including Twinbrook Consult Ltd, Kostman Konsult, Lakeside Estate and Roof Tile and Construction Ltd. His speciality is setting technical direction and managing technical team to ensure timely completion of projects; managing relationships with major clients and affiliates at a strategic level and developing assurance processes to generate feedback from client’s post-execution. He also undertakes preliminary cost estimates for clients; pre- qualification evaluation of contractors, preparation of tender and contract documents (including bills of quantities); evaluation of tenders; preparation of payment valuation and measurement of variations.

 

Joshua was part of the team that undertook the pre and post contract administration on the refurbishment of Hotel Facility for Morning Star International School; pre-contract for the proposed four storey Rosina Office Complex. He also counts Goil; Coca Cola, Ghana Ltd; PBC; BDC Consulting Ltd and NDK Financial Services among his clients. Joshua is a qualified project manager with B.Sc. (Hons) Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics from the KNUST. He also holds a BEd (Hons) Technology from the UEW, Winneba.
